Prof. Dr. med Sabine Oertelt-Prigione
Prof. Sabine Oertelt-Prigione is an internist, scientist and organizational consultant.
From 2009 to 2016, she worked at the Institute for Gender Studies in Medicine (GiM) at Charité - Universitätsmedizin in Berlin.
Since 2017, she has held the Chair of Gender Medicine at Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands, and since 2021 also the Chair of Gender-Sensitive Medicine at Bielefeld University.

Prof. Dr. Marie von Lilienfeld-Toal
Prof. Dr. Marie von Lilienfeld-Toal joined the Ruhr-Universität's Campus Medicine on 1 July 2023. She holds the Chair of Diversity Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, which is to be renamed. The researcher is likely to become very visible in this field in the future, as she plans to establish the first Institute for Diversity Medicine at Ruhr-Universität within the next twelve months, which was founded on July 1, 2023.
Prof. Dr. Haijun Wang
Professor Hai-Jun Wang is vice dean of the School of Public Health and chair of the Department of Maternal and Child Health at Peking University's School of Public Health. She is also the Chairperson of the Maternal and Child Health Standards Division of the National Health Standards Committee.
Her research interests include genetic and environmental determinants and prevention and control technologies for major health problems in women and children, including childhood obesity, growth and development disorders, fertility disorders, diseases during pregnancy, and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
Prof. Dr. Ineke Klinge
With her training in biomedical sciences (specializing in immunology) and gender research, she pursues the goal of integrating gender and diversity issues in biomedical and health research.
In the winter semester 2008-2009, Prof. Ineke Klinge was appointed Maria Goeppert-Mayer Visiting Professor for Sex and Gender in Biomedicine at the University of Göttingen. There she taught gender medicine to medical students and in the field of molecular medicine.
Her research and publications focus on gender aspects in biomedicine, including topics such as osteoporosis, medicalization, menopause and gender-sensitive research methods in the life sciences and health research. Her most recent book, Sex and Gender in Biomedicine: Theories, Methodologies, Results, which she co-edited with Claudia Wiesemann, was published by University Press Göttingen in 2010.
Prof. Dr. Barbara Buchenau
Prof. Barbara Buchenau is Professor of North American Studies with a focus on literature and cultural studies at the University of Duisburg-Essen. She was Vice-Rector for Social Responsibility, Diversity and International Affairs there from April 2018 to March 2022. Her research interests include cultural theory, urban studies, multilingual early Americana, and Canadian and Caribbean literature. Buchenau leads international research projects and has studied the cultural and political work of stereotypes in literature and art.
Prof. Dr. Marcus Zepf
Prof. Marcus Zepf is Professor of Urbanism at the École d'Urbanisme de Paris (EUP) and Co-Director of the researchprogramme E-City (Lab'Urba der Universität Gustave Eiffel). His research focuses on urban projects, the quality of public spaces and the synergies between heritage and urban regeneration, as well as the dynamics of metropolization and territorial planning. Zepf focuses on topics such as the impact of climate change on urban planning and the co-creation of urban projects. He teaches on urban planning strategies and the relationship between urban environment and health, among other topics.
